The 3 most important things when trying to put on mass. 1.Training 2.Eating 3.Sleeping- Your muscles grow when you sleep not when you train. You must get enough sleep for your body to grow and completely repair itself! This product was developed for the people that have problems sleeping especially getting into deep REM sleep which is mandatory for growth and repair and this is also when your pituitary gland releases the most Growth Hormone when we are sleeping and in deep REM Sleep mode.
