Can you tell I love my healthy fats?! 💚🤤 Try to get a variety of fats in your diet. Butter- Saturated , Walnuts/oil, Salmon - Polyunsaturated, Avocados- Monounsaturated.
I DESPISE it when someone says this to me. DUH. I’m a human.. you wouldn’t say to a librarian “OMG you are so much more than a librarian” or a weatherman, or a journalist.. 🙄 seriously. PEOPLE ARE NOT THEIR JOBS. Humans are multi-dimensional.. lots of different parts, interests.. a job is just one small tiny piece of a very large puzzle. So please.. just 🛑 stop.
