This smoothie! 🙌🏻 A Ruby Red Smoothie for breakfast this morning 😍 I've been trying to lessen the sugar in my smoothies, so instead of adding dates I threw in a few cooked beets! Farmers market shopping 🤗 On my instastory over the weekend some of you asked what I had picked up and how do I cook all the veggies. So here ya go! Generally, I roast almost everything with spices and herbs. For the broccoli and carrots (along with zucchinis), I use them to make a veggie broth for soups during the week, I roast more carrots with a sprinkling of rosemary, also roast the beets and then finally roast the cauliflower with cumin and chili flakes. So lots of oven time on Sundays 😂Then during the week I just toss them all into a bowl and add some whole grains and hummus for a big 'salad' 👌🏻❤ Do you guys have any favorite cooking methods? A big ole' Buddha bowl for lunch! 🤗 This guys a mix of rosemary roasted carrots and kabocha squash, wild rice and avocado hummus 😁 I took most of the veggies that I shared with you guys on Sunday's stories and just roasted them up with a bunch of spices 🤗This way lunch during the week is pretty effortless. Oh my godddd you guys 😱 This is seriously one of the most delicious breakfasts! 🤤😮 I had something similar from a cafe in the city yesterday and I recreated it this morning. I'm seriously planning on making this like once a day now. I can't get enough! 🤗 And this is all it is - hot piece of toast, slather on some yogurt (I used @siggisdairy coconut), layer with strawberries, toasted coconut and honey 🤗 That is it. One tasty meal done👌🏻 Happy Monday!

After watching the French film Elle last night I could not sleep 😬😱I've been up since 4:30am, so breakfast is a super simple @siggisdairy yogurt bowl topped with fruit and honey 😊 Plus a big matcha tea on the side since I thought coffee might be too extreme so early 😂 Hope you guys have a great Sunday! ❤

Filling up on a big bowl of coconut milk porridge with lavender and fresh berries getting ready for a big day! 🤗 So excited for today and to finally tell you what I've been working on very, very soon! 🙊In the meantime, if you want to make this porridge all you do is cook the oats with coconut milk and stir in a few dried lavender springs. It completely changes the taste! So delicious 👌🏻❤ Also, happy birthday to two of my favorite ladies since the beginning @heavenlynnhealthy and @foodbymaria! Love you two and wish we could all celebrate together with big bowls of smoothies and healthy pastas! 😘❤🎉🎉💥😎🌺🌺
