We have a new fence being fitted on Thursday (this is honestly the most exciting thing that will happen to us this week), so we've been working really hard to prep the garden in time. Dominic has been sawing down trees, pulling out bushes, and removing the old fence. While I've been opening the window to hand out the odd cup of tea and then posing in the garden with the sawn off branches (while Boy Dom snaps away, still with the saw in his hand). I'm shattered 😉

This weekend has been all about the flowers. Flower crowns, Penny's Floral Faffing Workshop (she sat for a good 30 minutes just cutting up petals and stems), flower baths, even the snowdrops decided to make an appearance in the garden. It's the bouquet that just keeps on giving. Hope you've all had a wonderful weekend. #WHPcolorful #allthatisthree

After yesterday's post which contained copious amounts of love, emotion and general soppiness, I thought it would be good to get back to the inane. So, my What I Wore posts are making a comeback, starting tonight. My What I Wore posts are basically a collection of my outfits from the current week and are a great insight as to how I live my life with a 30-piece capsule wardrobe. If you want to see a capsule wardrobe in action, then click the link in the bio.

Dominic didn't buy me these flowers; I bought them myself. He did, however, hand me a cup of tea at 9 pm, like he does every night. And we all know tea trumps flowers, right? I've written a new blog post about how two people with almost the same name - Dominique and Dominic - met. I've also included some of the beautiful and heart-warming comments that some of you left last week, when I asked the question - what is romance to you? Get the tissues at the ready and click the link in my bio.

The new allthatisthree line-up, perhaps? My favourite Instagram girl, Sara (@me_and_orla) has started a truly amazing podcast series named Hashtag Authentic. Every episode is filled with Instagram goodness and this week's episode features me (with a little shout out to these two, of course). If you want to listen to us two chatter non-stop about this crazy but wonderful community, we all love so much, then the episode is now live. Just click the link in Sara's bio.

This wasn't taken today - it's half-term so moments like this are non-existent. But I've spent the day overusing the bathroom door lock, as a means to have a moment where I'm not hearing, 'Mam, I want something else' and 'what are we doing today?' And I don't think you'd want a photo documenting that 😂😉. Looks like my plan to take the girls out on a morning, in the hope that they'll wear themselves out so we can have a quiet afternoon isn't working. P.s. Thank you to all of you who sent me advice on how to ease the pain of a burn. You guys are amazing.

The full line-up of my current capsule wardrobe is now live over on the blog. I daren't call it my winter wardrobe (even though it quite clearly is), as the first signs of spring, are already upon us 🙈. But to cover up my blogging negligence, I've included links to that very beautiful, flared arm, pink jumper that so many of you asked about. I've also thrown in a little rant about what pieces of clothing I won't be wearing anytime soon. Link in bio.

Uh-oh, I feel another cold coming on - I can't breath out of my nose, my eyes are watery, I feel a bit shit and I'm pretty sure my nose has just dripped onto my pjs 🤧. Why do I keep catching these awful colds? Actually, don't answer that, I already know; it's most likely a mixture of my bad diet, lack of sleep, non-stop working and being surrounded by two germ monsters who like to bring home the latest bout of germs from school, every week 😷. Hope your weekend is fun and germ free.

Well, I managed not to swear, I didn't mumble and I actually made some sense (I hope) - I think this means that my radio interview was a success. Hooray! Thank you everyone, for your well wishes and kind words yesterday and today. You all helped to ease my nerves 🤗

Another wonderful morning chatting nothing but Instagram with @theslowtraveler today (#travellerandshedotea). A little more relaxing than my Instagram chat tomorrow morning, when I'll be live on BBC Newcastle radio - eeeek! At least I don't have to worry too much about toning down the ol' accent; however, my mumbling and 100mph speaking speed could be an issue 😂. Wish me luck!

We may not be your typically romantic duo - there were no flowers or boxes of chocolates today, no candlelit dinner prepared and the cards we bought each other were still blank when we woke up this morning (mine was still in the car and Dominic couldn't even find his). But, after six years of being together, we show our love in different ways. We have our own kind of romance. For me, it's the cup of tea he makes me religiously, every night, just before we settle down on the sofa to be mute together (hence the Valentines Day card on my stories). It's when the mound of clothes he's built up over the week disappears. It's that warmed croissant and a cup of tea I'm greeted by when I arrive back home, after the morning school run. For him, it's the clean clothes that appear on his bed every day. The fact that I listen to him talk about Sunderland AFC and actually look like I'm interested and that I pop my head into his office every once in a while to ask if he'd like a drink. It's the little things that we do for each other, every day. What romantic things does your partner do for you to show you that they care? Not the grand gestures, but the small things. I'd love to hear them on this day of love ❤️
