I mean, it’s not Duke, but I trust them. Sort of a ‘ ‘nuff said ‘ scenario in my opinion.

A wise man said to me ( @larrydn7 ) that nothing but game play gets you ready to play in games. I was told that even flat out sprints don’t compare to flat out sprints when you run into a pick or receive the unseen elbow or two. Makes sense. Hits on HIITs gets us a step closer. @Cbrewcrew3 makes this look easy. Think football drills with running backs being hit as they run. Be careful, be smart, and be better. @lakers @joshwright43

Rise up. There are no ‘lower abs’. There is the lower part of the ab wall (In medical vernacular, the term 'abdominal wall' most commonly refers to the layers composing the anterior abdominal wall which, in addition to the layers mentioned above, includes the three layers of muscle: the transversus abdominis (transverse abdominal muscle), the internal (obliquus internus) and the external oblique (obliquus externus).) Train the abs from all angles, work from the origin as well as from the insertion, train with added resistance as well as body weight alone, and train with intensity. Now get after it! @xdfitofficial
