Who else gets excited for leg day bc you get to eat more?🙋🏼♀️ Having ADHD makes me restless and trouble concentrating so I’ve been working out 2x a day a few times a week and honestly love itttt🙌🏽 When I start to become “brain foggy”, exercise is a natural way to stimulate the brain. So if you’re sitting down for hours and feel tired or scatter brained, try getting at least some exercise! (Even if its just a mini break going outside, dancing by yourself💃🏼, etc)🏄🏼♀️ Training more frequently is helping me build my metabolism faster anddd I get eat more so that’s a plus😏🙌🏽
